Thank you for your interest in Minnow Literary Magazine!
Minnow Literary Magazine has come a long way! It started out of a need for comradery and togetherness in the isolating times of the COVID-19 Pandemic, and now we have seven issues archived on our website. At the beginning, we were small fish in even smaller ponds separated by distance and fear, but through art, we have grown and made our pond bigger. And conversely, we have also made this big scary world smaller. Together, we have published the creative works of writers and artists all across the world. The time we’ve spent curating these anthologies has been amazing.
As of right now though, we have broken into bigger ponds ourselves with new homes, new jobs, and new family members. With our attentions so split, we no longer feel that we can continue this particular periodical at the quality we know all artists deserve. As of right now, we are closing up shop after seven beautiful issues full of wonderful creative works. We want to sincerely thank everyone who has ever submitted, both those who have been accepted and those who have not. Even though this story is at an end, we hope all of you will continue creating.
And remember, you will always be more than a drop in the ocean.
